Prior to returning “home” to Charge, Deidra coached at Ultimate for two years, ClubONE for six years, and at Charge in Oklahoma City for two seasons before moving back home to Tulsa. Prior to Oklahoma, she coached two years for Coastal Virginia Volleyball Club where her 13s team won the Regional Tournament to advance to USAV Nationals in Atlanta. Two of her 11s teams have earned bids to USAV Nationals and she has loved training the fundamentals for that age group to help them continue on to successful club careers. She has coached over 30 athletes that have gone on to play collegiately, is CAP 1 Certified and is a Positive Performance Mental Training Coach and Visualization Specialist.
