11UA Tulsa Head Coach
Deidra Rader hails from Tulsa, OK and is a Union High School All-State player and letter-winner at Oral Roberts University. She is married to Daniel and is mom to Jett and Jax (age 8) and Knox (age 5). She is heading into her 8th season as the head coach of Lincoln Christian School Volleyball, her teams having won the State Championship in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2022.
Her first head coaching job was in Nansemond River, Virginia when Daniel was stationed at Naval Station Norfolk. They moved back to Oklahoma and she took the Head Coach position at Moore where she led the program to their highest season win record and fell just one match win short of the 6A State Tournament in 2014.
Prior to returning “home” to Charge, Deidra coached at Ultimate for two years, ClubONE for six years, and at Charge in Oklahoma City for two seasons before moving back home to Tulsa. Prior to Oklahoma, she coached two years for Coastal Virginia Volleyball Club where her 13s team won the Regional Tournament to advance to USAV Nationals in Atlanta. Two of her 11s teams have earned bids to USAV Nationals and she has loved training the fundamentals for that age group to help them continue on to successful club careers. She has coached over 30 athletes that have gone on to play collegiately, is CAP 1 Certified and is a Positive Performance Mental Training Coach and Visualization Specialist.
