12-American Head Coach

Tanner Serowski

This is Tanner’s forth season as a coach with Oklahoma Charge Volleyball Club. He is the returning 12-American coach. Last season Tanner’s team finished tied for 5th at the OKRVA Regional Championships. His teams finish meant all 3 Charge Central 12 & Under teams finished in the top 5. Tanner is currently volunteering his services for the Wichita State University volleyball team this fall.

Previously, Tanner has also been a head coach for 13-American and an Assistant for both 11UA and 11N. He has also been a ref for both High School and Middle School volleyball in the OKC area.

Tanner started playing volleyball when he was 6 years old in a youth league his mom had started at the First Baptist Church of Moore. When he was 8 years old he played his first season of club volleyball with Kaizen Volleyball Club. Tanner played for several clubs in the OKC area through the years and by his 16’s season he returned to play for Kaizen and helped lead the team a second place finish at the USA Boys Junior Nationals in Columbus, Ohio.

Tanner finished his final season of club volleyball with the Kaizen 18s Black team which earned him a volleyball scholarship to Erskine College. There he continued his studies and played volleyball during the fall semester of 2018. In January of 2019 I care back home and was hired on as an assistant coach for the 11 Under Armour team.

Tanner is excited to continue coaching for the Oklahoma Charge Volleyball Club and to stay with the Charge Family.
