Hannah Rouse

Hannah Rouse is currently a sophomore at Oklahoma Christian University. OC will begin their first scheduled season in 2020. Before college Hannah attended Newcastle High School where she began their volleyball program in 8th grade. Throughout her 5 years playing volleyball at Newcastle she lead her team to their first state tournament appearance her junior year. She was Newcastle’s first All State player and was named MVP for the small west team. Hannah played club volleyball her first year at Premier and then moved to Charge for the remainder of her club career. 

Along with excelling in volleyball, Hannah also played soccer and participated in High Jump. She lead her high school soccer team to the state tournament two years in a row. Her senior year she took them all the way to the quarterfinals. She tied for second place in High Jump at the 2018 state track meet and was named to the All State team. Hannah also All Stated in soccer her senior year. 

During Hannah’s first year at OC, she earned a spot on the Lone Star Commissioner’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters. Hannah is currently majoring in Biology and after graduating, plans to attended medical school to become a Physician Assistant. 

Throughout Hannah’s first year of coaching, her team won/finished well in numerous tournaments. They also ranked first for the OKRVA Championships. This is her second year as an assistant coach and she is extremely excited for another season!
