Head Coach 14-1 South

 
      
Nick Serowski assistant coached volleyball at Oklahoma Baptist University in the spring of 2016. He has attended King University and Lindenwood University working on his bachelor’s degree in general studies with a minor in coaching where he played men’s volleyball on athletic scholarship as an outside hitter.
He also participated on the King University men’s track and field team as a long jumper.  

Nick has grown up in Moore, Oklahoma.  He played for Kaizen boy’s volleyball club from 1997 – 2010.  During his club  career, he played in two national tournaments (2008 and 2010) as well as on the boys Oklahoma High Performance team in 2010. 

Nick’s coaching experience consists of being an assistant coach for Southmoore Jr. High volleyball 2011/2012, an assistant volunteer for Southmoore High school 2011/2012, club head coach for Oklahoma Edge 15’s 2011/2012, club head coach for North East Tennessee Volleyball Club 15’s 2012/2013, advanced Hitting Camps for Oklahoma Edge Volleyball Club for players 14+ in the summers and winters of 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015, defense and passing camps assistant for Oklahoma Edge Volleyball Club for all ages in the summer/winters of 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, setting clinics for Oklahoma Edge during the club season of 2011/2012 for the months of December and January, and volunteer coach for Southmoore youth league 2008-2015. He was a coach in OK Charge beach program in summer of 2015 and assistant coach of OK Charge 14 National South 2015/16.

During his college career Nick redshirted the 2012/2013 season.  He started in all 27 matches of the 2013/2014 Season and made 3rd team all-conference, Honorable mention by off the block for National Freshman of the week two consecutive weeks. He was also on the starting line up for 25 matches of the 2014/15 season where he was number three in the conference for aces per set. He is currently playing in the AVP beach tournaments. He also went to Europe to tryout for professional indoor teams where he was offered a spot on a team in the CEV conference.
