Kim Iten (15-2)

Kimberly Iten played volleyball at Union High School in Tulsa where she started as an outside hitter and was team captain her senior year. During her high school years she played for Tulsa Volleyball Club and Oklahoma Charge as an outside and middle hitter. She also had the opportunity to represent Oklahoma at the Junior Olympics Tournament when she was 17.

Kimberly later played for the University of Central Oklahoma. In her 4 years there she played as a middle hitter/left side. She has such a passion for volleyball and for strong coaching. "I had amazing coaches growing up that guided and molded me into the passionate player that I am. I feel that I would not be here if it wasn't for their commitment to me. A good coach can affect an athlete so much and I am honored to be able to develop young athletes.”

She is currently working on her degree in Child Development at UCO and graduates May 2010. Presently she is a preschool teacher at the Goddard School. She has coached for OK Charge before and is happy to be back!
