Liz Strawn (12-1)

Liz graduated from Edmond Memorial HS in 2005 where she played at the Varsity level for 3 years as well as played 4 years of club volleyball for Oklahoma Charge.  After high school, she played volleyball her freshman year at the Division I level for Fairfield University.  Following, Liz continued her education at Oklahoma State University where she coached 4 years for both Stillwater High School and Stillwater Junior High School.  Liz assisted for 2 years at both the JV and Varsity levels for Stillwater High School and was part of the two State Tournament coaching staffs.  Afterwards, she spent the next 2 years coaching at Stillwater Junior High as the assistant 8th Grade Coach and Freshman Coach.  Additionally, she was the 14-1 Head Coach for Stillwater VBC in 2009.  Liz has coached at the club level for 2 years and has received her IMPACT certification as well as her CAP 1 certification.  After graduation, she moved back to Oklahoma City where she began working for Chesapeake Energy while coaching for Oklahoma Charge.   This past club season Liz was the 14-2 Head Coach for Charge.  This will be her third season of coaching club volleyball; she’s always had a love for the game and looks forward to continue her passion this season as Head Practice Coach.
